Isicola offers intensive, result focused and goal setting help to families and children which are threaten to have problems within their own family situation. On request of the parents of the family we organize a workshop Communication Within Families. This workshop is special suitable for families which are having the feeling "This is not the way we want to go on, but what is the problem and how do we solve it?".

As a family in the years you develop a pattern, a way of go about with each other, which by every member of the family is having grip and is tuned to each other. Not always this is working the way as you have imagined. There comes a time when you begin to realize "This is not the way we want to go on, but what is the problem and how do we solve it?". On that moment Isicola comes into your view to work together problem focused and target focused within a safe and and relaxed environment. By mutual agreement with the parents we talk about what they think what the problem is and together we determine realizable targets for the family. This targets we use as the starting point. Experienced focused exercises will make clear the causes and effects. By guidance of the Life-Coach you will have the insight  how you communicate within the family and how you go about with each other. By steering of the Creative Process Guide you will get offered a lot of possibilities to practice in a creative way with different behaviour and you will see the influence to the other family members. The Competence Family Guide helps to strengthen the skills which are present by the parents and the children. The goal of the intensive guidance is to realize in a short time a clear and respectful relation between the parents and their children. After-care and extra guidance in the home situation is part of the possibilities.
 

The program is divided in seven days. During these days 24 hours a day one or more members of the Isicola Team will be present and available to answer your questions where necessary or to offer you help where needed.

Themes en day schedule:

Day 1: Arrival, Reception and Introduction.
Journey to Isicola and introduction with Isicola. Depending the time of arrival there will be time for exploring the surroundings and/or making an excursion. If you wish, a member of the team can be your guide (included in the price). Furthermore we will start with the guidance of the family.

Day 2: Definition of the problem, Definition of the goals, Coaching.
Together with the team we will hold conversations with the parents to develop a Plan of Approach. Supplementary we will start with the Plan of Approach.

Day 3: Creative Process, Competence Focused Guidance, Coaching.
By guidance of the team you will be working in a creative way within the Plan of Approach. Supplementary you will be guided to talk about the acquired experiences.

Day 4: ADVENTURE!
On this day we will go on an adventure to give you the opportunity to meet Spain and her citizens.

Day 5: Creative Process, Competence Focused Guidance, Coaching.
By guidance of the team you will work furtheron within the Plan of Approach. Supplementary you will be guided to talk about the acquired experiences.

Day 6: Practice, Actual practice situations, Coaching.
By the guidance of situations out of the actual practice you will practicing with a switching way of communicating. Supplementary you will be guided by the team with help and support to bring into practice the learned.

Day 7: Evaluation, Closing-off, Goodbye and Leaving.
Together with the team there will be an evaluation about the recent days. Here in we will talk about the goals that are realized and what will be the focused points for the home situation. By the guidance of this evaluation we will talk about the advisable after-care and how we can offer this. After this we will close-off the period on a symbolic way. After that we have the goodbye and leaving. Naturally you can rent for a small fee the teepee for an extra period.

Within the theme we offer a dynamical program. In this there will be active moments but also moments of rest. To put it briefly, we offer a dynamic program with space for own ideas.

Price:
€ 1999,- per teepee for four persons all-in. For every person extra you pay € 125,-
For every person less you pay minus € 125,-.

Staying:
During your stay, you will live, eat and sleep in authentic, waterproof and windproof teepees which are especially build for this target according to the original Lakota model. The teepees having a cross-section of 6 meters. These teepees will be used as stay and sleeping place. Might it be wet and/or cold (this chance is very remote) then it's possible to make a fire in the teepee. In every teepee can stay a maximum of 6 persons. Further there is a teepee with a cross section of 7 meters which will function as a group teepee. In or in the surroundings of this teepee most of the activities will take place including the program, the breakfast, the lunch and the dinner and the pleasant evenings. It speaks for themselves that the accommodation gives enough convenience without being luxury. You are challenged to discover, to experience and to keep playing! Naturally there is a disposal over a swimming pool, showers with hot water and toilets.

The prices are including all the food, all the drinks, and all the activities.

Included:
In the mentioned price is almost everything included like transport from and to Malaga Airport, your stay at Isicola, all the food, like extensive breakfast with fresh backed bread and rolls, yoghurt, grain breakfasts and fruits, lunch with salads, soups, ragout and other warm spices, extensive three-course diner, all the snacks like fruit and tapas, all the drinks like lemonades, juices and wine (even in the evenings), use of the accommodation including comfortable beds, sleeping bags and other necessary materials, the use of the kitchens, showers and toilets, the use of crockery and everything else that you may need. The costs for extra trips that we can make by mutual agreement are not included.
