At Isicola, 15 minutes from the centre of Almuñécar, Costa Tropical

Each day we will be immersed in ceremony, working inside and outside in the landscape of Canta Lobos (valley of the singing wolves). Semi-residential (for those who wish) we will be working and staying in the Teepees at Isicola, (in Canta Lobos) over both the Friday and Saturday nights.

The Munay Ki are the Nine Great Rites of Passage and Initiation of the Laika, the high shaman of the Peruvian Q’ero. Munay means love and Ki means power. The Munay Ki is about fully awakening the deep power of love that is held within all of us. Traditionally these rites of passage and initiation were only available if you walked the path of the Shaman. However in these times of accelerating change and instability, (a time the Laika prophecies call the Pachacuti), these rites are now being offered to everyone without the need to walk the Shaman’s path, to enable us to step out of the collective nightmare into a different place. The only way we can change our world is by changing ourselves, understanding who we truly are in the depths of our being.

Over the two weekends, you will receive all of the nine rites, gifted as energetic transmissions and learn the exact form of transmitting the rites to others.
You will receive energetic protections and learn practices to use as tools in your personal work and with others – working with sacred space, the triangle of disempowerment, breathing techniques, how to connect with archetypal energies, how to use sand paintings, journeying, despacho’s and ceremony.
We will explore the core wisdom teachings of the Earth Keepers; explore the maps provided by the Mayan long count calendar and Chacana; and connect with the four directions, the four energising principles of the universe.
You will be gifted with an energised Pi Stone, which enables a gateway to the invisible world of the Earth Keepers, connecting you to a lineage of medicine people from the past and the future. Plus a DVD about the rites to use for future reference, and a certificate.

Jane Rigby will be leading the weekends assisted by Spiker & Juin Sylvia Gibson
Jane is a Shaman healer of the Peruvian Q’ero tradition living and working in Andalucía. She trained in the energy medicine of the Laika with Alberto Villoldo and The Four Winds, and is an advanced graduate of the Four Winds Healing The Light Body School.
Spiker is a healing guide with his roots in the North American Cree Tribe.
Juin is a plant shaman and creates the Alma de Tierra plant/flower essences.

The Munay Ki Rites
The First 4 rites are foundation rites
The first rite kick starts your personal healing at all four levels – the energetic, the mythic, the mental, emotional and the physical The second rite gives you protections in your energy field – the bands of powers - so that you are always held safely, enabling you to walk without fear. The third rite allows you to see your perceptions of self and how to change them; you begin to understand how the world acts as a mirror for your own internal processes. The fourth rite brings you into harmony and right relationship with all aspects of self within and therefore with the external world

The subsequent rites move you forward in your personal development and heal key aspects within.
The fifth rite heals the inner feminine, bringing you back into right relationship with intuition, creativity and your personal power The sixth rite heals the masculine within, bringing you back into right relationship with how you hold your power in the world. The seventh rite brings you into harmony and right relationship with the earth and all of her children; it heals the separation and isolation; you are reconnected with the earth, our world and begin to walk softly and with beauty The eighth rite brings you back into right relationship with the wider universe, the sun (our local star) and all our star brothers and sisters. This rite anchors you in the time to come and prepares the luminous energy field for the ninth rite. The ninth rite enables you to become a co-creator of the universe and understand your role within that. It removes those limiting aspects of self that hold you back and enable you step into a new way of being, to step into your destiny and purpose.
